When will my Membership pack arrive?
Membership packs will be dispatched in the early stages of Season2017/18.
How do I redeem the 10% Soccer Schools discount?
In your Season2017/18 pack you will receive a voucher with a unique code, this voucher is valid for use until 31st July 2018 and once you have registered on the Soccer Schools booking system and used this code it will remain on your account until it expires.
How do I redeem the free Emirates Stadium Tours voucher?
There is no need to book in advance, simply take this with you to the Stadium Tours entrance at Emirates Stadium along with your Membership card. The voucher in your Season 2016/17 pack is valid until 31st July 2017 and you will receive another in your Season2017/18 pack that lasts until 31st July 2018.
How can I enter competitions and apply to attend events?
These are announced across the course of the season and we’ll send details of how and when you can enter in the bi-weekly newsletters. Details are also posted on Arsenal.com/juniorgunners. All entries need to be in by the deadline specified; winners are selected at random and will be notified if successful.
I don't receive the email newsletters. How do I sign up?
When you renew your Membership make sure we have your correct email address and you have given Arsenal permission to send you emails and you’ll automatically start to receive these.

How do I access Arsenal Player?
All you have to do is login at arsenal.com/player using your Membership number and password and you'll have access to all the content.
How do I access my account?
Your Membership number will be confirmed in your email confirmation upon purchasing. For data protection purposes, to set your password please visit Arsenal.com/membership and select 'Forgotten Password', this will enable you to create your own unique password.
If you have forgotten your password please click on the forgotten password button to reset.
Can an adult purchase a ticket with a Junior Gunner?
Two Silver adult Members can purchase a ticket with a Junior Gunner in the Family Enclosure when the Silver sale is announced. Red adult Members can also purchase a ticket within the Family Enclosure with a Junior Gunner when tickets become available on a Red sale. All tickets are subject to availability. If the Family Enclosure is sold out tickets can be purchased outside the Family Enclosure and the Junior Gunner will pay the full price of the ticket. A Junior Gunner Membership is only valid for the Membership holder even if a full priced ticket has been purchased on their Membership, this is in compliance with the terms and conditions of all Memberships which are non-transferable.
Adult Members and Junior Gunners under the age of 12 are unable to purchase tickets in the Young Guns Enclosure.

Can I sell my tickets on?
Please see the applicable Terms and Conditions to your ticket for further details. Season ticket holders that are unable to attend a fixture can post their ticket for sale via the Ticket Exchange (please telephone the Contact Centre for further details on 020 7619 5000). This provides other Members with a chance to purchase these seats. Junior Gunner Members who are unable to attend a fixture can contact the club in writing 72 hours prior to the fixture for a refund minus the booking fees.
I have not received email confirmation for a booking I have made.
All bookings can be viewed online by logging on with your Membership number and password. Select the "My Account" tab then "Account History". You then have the option to re-send the email to the email that is on your account.
Can I cancel a ticket I have purchased via Ticket Exchange?
Unfortunately once the booking has been confirmed the Ticket Exchange purchase is non-refundable as you have purchased the ticket from a season ticket holder.
